Twila is an entrepreneur and Founder and CEO of Matriarch Digital Media, a women-centered, women-focused media company and online community that understands, encourages and uplifts women. We are changing the way the world talks to and talks about women and girls. She combines women-focused content with actionable steps to build community across audio, social media platforms and live events.

Chris Farrell

Cohost and producer. Chris is senior economics contributor at Minnesota Public Radio and Marketplace, American Public Media’s nationally syndicated public radio business and economic programs. He’s a columnist for PBS Next Avenue and the Minneapolis Star Tribune. He’s written several books, with his most recent Purpose and a Paycheck (HarperCollins Leadership 2019).

Veronica Rodriguez

Producer and Technical Director. Veronica is a Technical Director at Minnesota Public Radio and former Radio Broadcast Engineer for the Minnesota Vikings. She is also a Freelance Audio Engineer for Sirius XM Radio, Learfield Sports and the University of Minnesota Gopher Sports Broadcast.

Nora Doherty

Nora Doherty

Nora Doherty (she/her) is an arts, education & non-commercial radio professional focused on building healthy and resilient communities through diverse arts and cultural programming. She has been a part of the community radio universe since 2005, starting as a producer and host and most recently managing a series of state-funded grants. Her interests include community and civic engagement, program development, innovative fundraising, content creation, and collaborative planning to further equity, inclusion, representation, and social justice in the arts and the media.
